While holding a VIP+ pass, you get all benefits normally available to VIP Pass holders, but you also unlock all custom kill sounds for as long as you hold the pass!

You also get a VIP+ prefix in-game!

For reference, the normal VIP pass gives you:
- Customizable nicknames
- Bypass player cap (login when the server is full)
